The Services are intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. 

This Privacy Policy applies to users located in the United States and internationally unless otherwise required by applicable data protection laws.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Billing and Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed through Shopify and Shopify Payments. Payment information such as credit card numbers and billing details are collected and processed directly by Shopify. The Company does not store full payment card numbers on its systems. Users should review Shopify’s privacy policies to understand how Shopify processes billing information.


User Generated Content and Inputs

Users may submit information to generate playbooks or recommendations, including:

  • prompts

  • marketing descriptions

  • business information

  • documents

  • images

  • videos

  • audio

  • text inputs

This information may be referred to as User Inputs or User Generated Content.

User Submitted Content Responsibilities

Users may submit prompts, documents, images, marketing materials, or other content through the Services in order to generate playbooks or recommendations. Users are responsible for ensuring that any information they submit through the Services does not violate the rights of any third party and that they have the necessary rights, permissions, or authorizations to provide such information. Users should not submit confidential, sensitive, or personal information belonging to third parties unless they are authorized to do so. The Company does not independently verify the accuracy, ownership, or legality of content submitted by users. Content submitted by users may be processed by automated systems, including artificial intelligence technologies, as described in this Privacy Policy. Where users access the Services through an Enterprise Sponsor, certain account level information or aggregated participation metrics may be shared with the sponsoring organization for program administration, reporting, or service management purposes. Such reporting will not include private prompts, confidential user inputs, or account credentials except where necessary to provide the Services or comply with legal obligations.


System Metadata and Usage Information

We may automatically collect technical and usage information including:

  • IP address

  • browser type

  • device identifiers

  • login timestamps

  • session activity

  • feature usage

  • interaction with playbooks or generated content

This information helps us operate, monitor, and improve the Services.


Account and Authentication Information

When users access or log into the Services, the Company may collect information related to authentication and account security, including:

  • authentication attempts

  • IP addresses associated with account access

3. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATED PROCESSING

The Services use automated systems and artificial intelligence technologies to generate marketing strategies, playbooks, and other recommendations.

User Inputs may be processed by automated systems in order to:

  • generate outputs and playbooks

  • improve system performance

  • develop product features

  • support research and analytics

User Inputs may also be used in anonymized or redacted form to train or improve artificial intelligence models. 

The Company does not use identifiable personal information to train artificial intelligence models.

Any data used for training purposes is anonymized and cannot reasonably identify individual users or businesses.

The Services use automated systems to generate marketing strategies, recommendations, and other content based on user inputs and system functionality.

These automated processes may analyze information such as user prompts, contextual information, engagement metrics, and system usage patterns in order to generate recommendations or outputs.

Automated systems are used as assistance tools and do not make legally binding decisions about users.

Users remain responsible for reviewing and determining whether generated outputs are appropriate for their business or marketing activities.


4. USE OF DE-IDENTIFIED AND AGGREGATED DATA

The Company may create and use de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated information derived from user data for purposes such as:

De-identified or aggregated information does not identify any individual user, account, or business and cannot reasonably be used to identify a specific person.

The Company may retain and use such de-identified or aggregated information without limitation for lawful business purposes.


5. AI SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT

The Company may use anonymized or redacted data derived from user interactions with the Services to improve artificial intelligence systems and automated processes used by the platform.

Personal identifying information is not intentionally used to train artificial intelligence models.

Any data used for training purposes is processed in a manner designed to prevent identification of individual users or businesses.


6. ENTERPRISE SPONSOR DATA SHARING

Certain users may access the Services through an organization or enterprise sponsor. In such cases, the Company may provide enterprise sponsors with aggregated participation and performance metrics, including:

  • engagement metrics

  • reach or video views

  • general participation trends

Enterprise sponsors may provide certain user information to the Company, such as names or email addresses, for the purpose of creating or administering user accounts within the Services. However, enterprise sponsors do not receive personal account information or identifiable user-level activity data from the Services, and any reporting provided to enterprise sponsors is limited to aggregated participation or performance metrics. 

Enterprise sponsors are responsible for ensuring that any personal information they provide to the Company for account creation or administration has been collected and shared in accordance with applicable privacy laws and with appropriate authorization from the individuals whose information is provided.


7. THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

The Services rely on third party service providers to operate and support the platform. 

These providers may include:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)

  • Artificial Intelligence Technology Providers

  • Shopify and Shopify Payments

  • GitHub

  • ActiveCampaign

  • Zendesk

  • Analytics Platforms

These providers may process certain data as necessary to provide infrastructure, hosting, analytics, communication services, or payment processing. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. Some service providers may process data outside of the user’s country of residence, including in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in the user’s jurisdiction.


8. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Users may receive marketing or promotional communications from the Company. During account registration or subscription purchase, users may be automatically enrolled in marketing communications unless they opt out. Users may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email. Even if users opt out of marketing emails, we may still send service related communications, including:

  • account notifications

  • billing updates

  • security alerts

  • product updates


9. DATA RETENTION

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill legitimate business purposes.

If an account is terminated:

  • Personal information may be retained for a reasonable period after account termination to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain appropriate business records.

  • Other system data and anonymized user inputs may be retained for system functionality, analytics, and service improvement.

Certain information may also be retained as required for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes.

11. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act.

  • request correction of inaccurate personal information

12. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" setting that signals a preference regarding tracking. Because there is no uniform standard for responding to these signals, the Services may not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.


13. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Services are not directed to individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn that personal information from a minor has been collected, we will take steps to delete such information.


14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date. Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy periodically.
